None. We believe in straightforward pricing. Your plan price includes everything in that plan, all integrations, unlimited users, and unlimited imports and exports. The only variables are your product count and number of languages. AI enrichments have a generous monthly limit of up to 4x your product count, more than enough for most workflows. If you need more, just reach out.

Each month you get AI enrichments equal to up to 4x your product count, so with 1,000 products that is 4,000 enrichments. That is enough to enrich your entire catalog every month, with room to spare. The limit is a fair-use measure: our AI infrastructure is powerful but genuinely expensive to run, so credits keep usage mindful rather than capped low. Most customers use less than half. Simple: find the tier that fits your product count and that's your price. Each tier includes 3 languages. The more products you manage, the lower your per-product cost becomes. For example, at 500 products you pay €0.60/product, but at 10,000 products it drops to €0.07/product. You're essentially rewarded for growing with us.

Fair question! Each language you add means AI processing for your entire catalog in that language. With 500 products, that's manageable. With 30,000 products, it's significantly more compute. The per-language price reflects that real cost. That said, 3 languages are always included, and most customers find that covers their primary markets.

Self-serve plans have no lock-in. Cancel a monthly plan anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period, or keep your prepaid annual plan for the full year. We send a reminder before renewal, so there are no surprises. Prefer a formal agreement? After a demo we can put together an offer you can review and discuss internally.

For monthly plans: no refunds, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again. For annual plans: if you're unhappy within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, you can cancel but won't receive a partial refund. You'll keep access for the rest of your year.

We'll let you know when you're approaching your tier limit. No surprise charges. You decide when to upgrade. If you go slightly over temporarily (say, during a product import), we won't immediately lock you out or charge extra. We'll give you time to clean up or upgrade. We're not here to penny-pinch.

Yes. If you remove products or languages, your price adjusts at the next billing cycle. We won't keep you on a higher tier you no longer need. Just note that if you downgrade mid-cycle, the new pricing kicks in at renewal.

No catch. The Free tier is genuinely free forever: up to 100 products, 3 languages, 50 AI enrichments per month, unlimited users, and all integrations. We offer it because we believe once you experience WISEPIM, you'll want to grow with us. No credit card required, no trial that expires.

Your data remains yours. Before your access ends, you can export everything: products, images, all of it. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it. We'll never hold your data hostage or charge for exports.

Absolutely not. Your product data is yours alone. We don't use it for AI training, we don't share it with third parties, and we don't analyze it for our own purposes. We're GDPR compliant and take data privacy seriously. Your competitive advantage stays your competitive advantage.

More than you'll likely need. Our average customer manages around 26,000 products, but we have enterprise customers processing over 20 million products without any issues. The platform is built for scale. Whether you have 100 products or 10 million, performance stays snappy. No need to worry about hitting limits.
