Product export

Send the catalog out once Each channel gets its format

Export products to Excel or CSV, push them into a connected webshop, or publish a live feed, with the fields and column order each destination expects.

  • Excel, CSV and channel formats
  • Reusable templates per destination

Key features

  • Save a template per channel

Fields, column order and format are stored per destination, so an export is never reassembled by hand.

  • Map onto a channel's schema

AI proposes which product attribute answers each required field; you adjust, and the mapping stays with the template.

  • Publish a feed that keeps up

Feed Hub re-generates a channel's feed as your catalog changes, instead of you re-exporting a file.

Destinations

Four ways a product leaves WISEPIM

A file you download, a webshop you have connected, a live channel feed, or another project in your own account.

  • An Excel or CSV file

Pick the products and the template, and download the file the destination asked for.

  • A connected webshop

Push straight into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Lightspeed or CCV Shop over their API.

  • A live channel feed

Feed Hub publishes a feed per marketplace, comparison site or ad platform and regenerates it as the catalog changes.

  • Another WISEPIM project

Copy a selection into a second project, merging on SKU where a product is already there.

How it works

Catalog to channel in three steps

The same three steps whether the destination is a spreadsheet on your desktop or a marketplace feed that refreshes nightly.

  1. 01

    Pick what goes out

Filter or select the products you want to send, then choose the channel or file format the destination expects.

A selection and a destination. Nothing has been generated yet.

  2. 02

    Pick or build a template

Reuse a saved template, or assemble one with the fields, column order and format the channel asks for. AI proposes the attribute mapping.

The template is saved against that channel and reused on every export after this one.

  3. 03

    Export or publish

Download the file, push the products into a connected channel, or publish the selection as a Feed Hub feed.

A file in your downloads, products live on the channel, or a feed URL that keeps refreshing.

Attribute mapping

Drag your attribute onto the channel field

AI does the first pass against the destination's schema. Anything it cannot place, such as a channel-specific category code or a second price, you place yourself.

Drag an attribute onto a channel field, or select an attribute and pick its field.

Before it goes out

See what a channel will reject

Channel Readiness scores each connected channel on the fields it requires and lists the products missing them.

  • Score per channel, not per product

Each channel gets a coverage bar for its own required fields, because Amazon and Google do not ask for the same things.

  • Jump straight to the gap

A coverage bar opens the list of products missing that field, ready for bulk edit or AI enrichment.

  • Enriched content travels

Descriptions, specs, translations and linked media go out with the export, so a channel gets the finished product.

Channel Readiness: each bar is one required field for that channel, and the number beside it is the products still missing it.

Excel (XLSX) and CSV for manual exports, plus the channel-specific formats marketplaces and comparison sites expect, published through Feed Hub. WISEPIM does not write a format nobody asked for: if a destination needs something custom, it is built as a template rather than picked from a list.

Yes. An export template defines the fields, their column order and the format for one destination. Save one per channel and reuse it, so an export never has to be reassembled by hand.

AI proposes a mapping from your product attributes onto the destination's schema and you adjust whatever you want. The mapping is saved with the template and reused on every export after that. It never publishes a mapping you have not confirmed.

Yes. Media linked to a product travels with the export, along with descriptions, specs and translations, so a channel receives the enriched version rather than your raw import. Files that are not linked to a product stay in the media library.

Next step

Set up one channel and reuse the template

Build the template once, on the channel that matters most. Every export after that is a selection and a click.
