Product intelligence

Know why a product sells Your orders, traffic and search data.

WISEPIM reads your orders, GA4 sessions and Search Console impressions next to each SKU's content score, and every report ends in a fix.

  • 23 built-in reports
  • Orders, GA4 and Search Console
  • Fix without leaving the report

Key features

  • Read orders and traffic side by side

Order data from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or Lightspeed lands next to GA4 sessions and Search Console queries, per product.

  • Sort the catalog by what it costs you

Every report ranks products by revenue impact, so the top row is the one worth working on this week.

  • Fix products from inside the report

Select the SKUs a report flags and run enrichment, a meta rewrite or a translation without exporting anything.

Why it matters

Naming the problem is not fixing it

Most analytics tools stop at the number. WISEPIM grades every product on completeness, SEO, channel readiness and conversion potential, then reads that grade against your Search Console, GA4 and order data, so a finding arrives with the field that caused it.

  • Ranked, but nobody clicks

A product collects thousands of Google impressions and almost no clicks. The report shows the query it ranks for and the meta title Google is actually displaying.

Result: rewrite the title and description for that query in one action.

  • Traffic arrives, nothing sells

A product gets sessions but no orders. WISEPIM compares its attribute set to the rest of the category and names the spec fields that are missing.

Result: run web research on that SKU and fill the missing specs.

  • The returns keep coming back

A product's return rate sits above your catalog average. Its quality score points at a description with no sizing, fit or material information.

Result: enrich the description from your Knowledge Library, then track the rate month over month.

How it works

From connected store to fixed product

Three steps, and the last one happens in WISEPIM instead of in a spreadsheet.

  1. 01

Connect your store and your Google accounts

    Setup, not a project

Link Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or Lightspeed, then Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. Orders, sessions and queries start flowing in on the next sync.

  2. 02

Let the quality score rank the catalog

Every product is graded on completeness, SEO, channel readiness and conversion potential, then sorted by how much revenue the gap is touching.

You get a ranked shortlist instead of a full catalog export.

  3. 03

Fix the products the report flags

Select the flagged SKUs, run a Prompt Lab workflow, web research or a translation, and write the result straight back to the product.

The next sync carries the corrected data to every connected channel.

The intelligence cockpit

Your cockpit comes with a pilot.

It pulls in the data you already have, your orders, Google Analytics, Search Console, then checks it against what sells in your industry. It shows you what's holding each product back and fixes it for you.

01

It reads across all your data at once

  • Orders & revenue
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • Catalog & quality

02

Checked against what works in your industry

03

The fix, one click away

What the pilot does

It does the reading and the work. You approve it.

  1. 01

    Analyze

Reads every signal in your data and catalog.

  2. 02

    Summarize

Pulls out the few things that move sales.

  3. 03

    Prioritize

Ranks what to fix first, product by product.

  4. 04

    Apply

Makes the change once you approve.

You could build this with a BI tool and an analyst

It would cost more, and you'd still do the reading and the fixing yourself.

A BI tool and an analyst

≈ €2,000+per month

Illustrative: one BI seat plus a part-time analyst. Not a quote.

  • Weeks of setup before it shows anything
  • You read the charts yourself
  • You decide what to fix
  • You make the changes by hand

The WISEPIM cockpit

Built into WISEPIM

  • Reads your data from day one
  • Tells you what to fix and why
  • Ranks it by what earns the most
  • Makes the change when you say go

Built in collaboration with the most data-driven retailers and brands on the planet.

Why it costs what it costs

It's expensive to run, and we won't pretend otherwise. Every day it works through every order, every visitor, every conversion rate, and every product, then weighs all of it against your industry. That depth costs real money, and it's the whole point. We haven't seen anything else that goes this deep.

Every report

Explore every analytics report

Each report has its own guide: what it shows, how to read it, and what to do with the result.

For agencies

Show clients what your work earned

Every client sits in an isolated workspace with their own Google connections, so the numbers in a report belong to that brand alone.

  • Give every client their own workspace

Separate projects, separate Search Console and Analytics connections, separate data. Nothing crosses between brands.

  • Export a branded report per client

Pull revenue, traffic and catalog-health movement for one client into a report you can send under your own logo.

  • Reuse a playbook across the portfolio

A prompt or automation that worked for one brand can be applied to the next without rebuilding it.

Contact Support

Order data comes from your store: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed and the other supported integrations. Traffic comes from Google Analytics 4 and search data from Google Search Console, each through its own connection. The catalog and quality reports work before any of those are connected; the revenue, traffic and search reports need their source first.

Yes. Any report that flags products lets you select them and start an action on that selection, such as a Prompt Lab workflow, web research to fill missing attributes, a meta rewrite or a translation. The change is written to the product and goes out with the next channel sync.

Order and catalog data update on every sync with your store. Analytics and Search Console are pulled on their own schedule, and Search Console itself publishes with a couple of days' delay, so search figures always trail reality slightly. Each report shows when it was last refreshed.

Yes. Each client sits in its own project with its own store, Analytics and Search Console connections, and no report mixes data across projects. You switch clients from the project picker and export a report per brand.
