Data quality control
Stop bad product data before export Rules check every SKU
Quality Guard scores every SKU from 0 to 100, quarantines the ones that fail your rules, and lets the rest sync to your channels.
- Block, Skip and Warn severities
- 0–100 quality score
- Rules per sales channel
Key features
Score every product
Each rule you switch on becomes a check, and the 0–100 score moves as fields are filled, translated or edited.
Hold back what fails
A product that breaks a Block rule stops at the export and waits in quarantine with the list of rules it missed.
Check per channel
Amazon, bol, Kaufland and your own webshop each get their own rule set, checked before that channel's export runs.
Why it exists
A completeness score stops nothing
Most systems tell you the catalog is 82% complete and export it anyway. Quality Guard decides per product whether it may leave.
Quarantine instead of a warning
Products that fail a Block rule are pulled out of the export and listed on the quarantine board with the exact fields that are missing.
Result: the channel never receives the broken record.
Pick the severity per rule
Block stops the product, Skip leaves it out of that one operation, and Warn lets it through with a note for the reviewer.
Result: a missing EAN blocks, a title two characters over only warns.
Check AI output before anyone reads it
Every description, translation and meta title Content Logic writes is validated against the same rules as hand-typed data.
Result: generating across 10,000 SKUs stays reviewable.
From one rule to a blocked export
Write the rule
Build the condition in the rule builder: meta title between 30 and 60 characters, material required when the category is Shoes. Combine conditions with AND or OR. No code, no export template.Or install a pack
Rule packs bundle the checks a channel demands: GTIN, image and price checks for Google Shopping, a minimum description length for a marketplace. Install one as a draft, review each rule, then switch it on.Decide what a failure does
Each rule has a severity. Block holds the product back from export, Warn lets it through and flags it, Skip leaves it out of that one export. Rules run on every import, bulk edit, AI run and manual save.Publish or quarantine
Passing products keep syncing. Failing ones wait in the quarantine queue with the rule they missed and the channel that triggered the check, until someone fixes the fields, in bulk or one at a time.

Channel rules
Every marketplace checks a different box
One rule set per channel, so a product can be ready for your webshop and still be held back from Amazon.
Title and attribute limits per channel
Amazon caps titles at a different length than bol, and each wants its own required attributes. You set those limits once per channel.
Validation before the export, not after
Channel rules run while the export is being built, so a feed rejection becomes a quarantined product instead of a support ticket a week later.
One product, several verdicts
The same SKU can pass your webshop rules and fail Kaufland's image requirement. The product page shows both verdicts side by side.
In practice
Where teams put Quality Guard to work
The same rule engine covers the import side, the AI side and the agency side of a catalog.
Marketplace listings
Validate against Amazon, Google Shopping, Kaufland and bol requirements before the feed is generated.
Supplier imports
Score supplier data as it arrives and quarantine products that show up without images, EANs or dimensions.
AI proofreading
Let Content Logic write the descriptions and translations, then check every field against your brand terms and length limits.
Agency client sets
Give each client their own rules, their own forbidden words and their own audit trail inside the Agencies module.
