Curated collections group the prompts we keep up to date for common e-commerce jobs, so a new workspace never starts from an empty list.

A saved prompt becomes yours: it lands under your project defaults with its own version number, so a later update to the curated version cannot overwrite your edits.

Contact Support

Your Prompts holds everything you or a colleague saved in this workspace. Community Prompts are shared by other WISEPIM users. Curated Prompts are written and maintained by the WISEPIM team for common e-commerce jobs. Community and curated prompts are read-only until you save a copy into Your Prompts.

Use Create Prompt, give it a name and a short description, write the prompt body with any variables you need, and add tags so it can be found later. You can also open a community or curated prompt and save it as your own starting point. There is no approval step; a saved prompt is available to the workspace right away.

Anything in Your Prompts is visible to every member of the workspace, so sharing is the default rather than an action you take. What WISEPIM does not do is per-user permissions on a single prompt: if a colleague can open the workspace, they can run and edit its prompts. Clear names and tags are what keep a shared library usable.

Search matches the prompt name and body, and you can narrow by content type, tag and collection. Tags are free text, so the library is only as findable as the tags you give it. There is no folder tree; tags and collections do that job.

Yes. Prompt Lab has a load button that pulls any saved prompt into the editor, where you can run it against a real product and compare the output with the current field. Saving from Prompt Lab updates the same prompt in your library, so the tested version is the one your team runs.

The AI Wizard asks about your goal, your audience and the content type, then drafts a prompt template from those answers. It writes a starting point, not a finished prompt: the draft opens in the editor so you can change the wording and the variables before saving. It does not generate product content itself.
