Productsup pricing: what drives the quote

Productsup does not publish prices. Every customer gets a quote after a demo, and the pricing page lists what moves that number. This guide explains those factors, the questions to ask before you sign, and when a lighter setup does the job.

At a glance

What drives a Productsup quote

The Productsup pricing page says the platform is tailored to each business and that the subscription cost depends on seven things. Each one maps to a question you can answer before the first call, which makes the quote faster and easier to compare.

Checklist

Questions to ask in the demo

  • What happens to the price when the SKU count or the number of feeds grows past the quoted level?
  • Which sync frequency is included, and what does a higher one cost?
  • Are onboarding and setup services included or billed separately?
  • What is the contract length and the notice period?
  • Which modules do you actually need in year one, and which can wait?

Fit

When Productsup is the right size

A platform that prices by feeds, modules, sync frequency and countries pays off when you run many channels in many markets and need frequent syncs. With one webshop and a handful of channels, compare it with Channable pricing, which publishes item-based packages, or with a PIM that publishes feeds itself.

Feed tools work on the data you send them. If the problem is thin product data (missing attributes, short descriptions, untranslated copy), fix that at the source first. WISEPIM enriches and translates the catalog and its Feed Hub publishes XML and JSON Lines feeds by URL for Google Shopping, Meta, Microsoft, Pinterest, TikTok Shop, comparison sites and Channable. It has no Amazon or bol.com feed.

WISEPIM list prices in euros, excluding VAT. Visitors outside Europe see US dollars on the pricing page.

Productsup does not publish prices. It gives a customized quote based on your number of SKUs, feeds, platform modules, data sync frequency, seats, countries and any special requests.

Its pricing page offers a free demo and a pricing quote, not a free plan or a self-serve trial.

Request it through the form on the Productsup pricing page or book a demo. Have your SKU count, channels, countries and needed sync frequency ready.

Productsup calls itself a commerce data platform. Its core is feed and channel management, marketplace listings and supplier onboarding rather than a central product record that teams edit and enrich.

WISEPIM has a free plan for up to 100 products. Paid plans start at €299 a month billed yearly for 1,000 products and go up to €1,499 a month for 50,000 products.
