Who it's for
Is the Managed Agency pilot for you?
For agencies whose own team does the product data work for clients inside WISEPIM: marketplace enablers who build listings and feeds, SEO and performance agencies who rewrite titles, descriptions and product pages, and e-commerce agencies that run the catalog for their clients. If you implement a PIM and hand it over, or only refer clients, the partner program is the better route.
Built for you if
- Your team writes, translates, enriches or lists products for clients every week.
- You serve 5 or more e-commerce clients with real catalogs, from webshops to wholesalers.
- You sell listings and shopping feeds, product page SEO, translations or product data automation as a service.
- Client projects stall on product data before the work you are paid for can start.
- You can name a first client to move within the next 60 days.
Probably not yet if
- You only refer clients and do not do the work: the partner program pays a recurring referral commission.
- You implement a PIM and hand it over at go-live: the partner program fits better.
- You work on one or two catalogs: start free on a single client project first.

Why agencies look for a PIM
Where client product data eats margin
Agencies sell outcomes: rankings, listings, conversion. How much of your project delay comes from product data? Every client delivers it in a different state.

Every client arrives in a different state
One client sends a store export, the next a supplier spreadsheet with merged cells, the third a PIM nobody maintains. The project waits on cleanup before the real work starts.
Manual work does not scale
Copy, attributes and translations written product by product turn every new client into more hours. On a fixed fee, the overrun comes out of your margin.
AI spend nobody can attribute
When AI tools run on one company card, nobody can say which client used what, and one large run can use up the month's budget for everyone.
Staff and client access gets messy
A freelancer should see one client, a junior should not delete products, and the client wants to look without editing. Shared logins make all three impossible.
Every client starts from zero
Prompts, tone of voice, category trees and import mappings that worked for one client live in someone's head, not in a setup the team can reuse.
Hard to show what the work did
Clients pay for results, but the evidence sits in spreadsheets and screenshots. The monthly report becomes a project of its own.
How WISEPIM solves it
What your agency runs in WISEPIM
The parts of WISEPIM an agency uses to run many client catalogs, from credit budgets to client reports.
One organization, a project per client
Each client gets its own project with its own products, attributes, connections, Knowledge Library and team. Staff switch clients from the project switcher without logging out.
Client data never mixes, and nobody juggles logins.
Credit budgets per client
Fund the organization's credit pool from your plan, once or with a monthly share of your plan credits. Each client project draws on the shared pool or on a fixed budget you raise, lower or return. When a budget runs out, paid actions in that project pause.
You know what each client costs before you invoice.
Roles for agency staff
The organization owner funds the credit pool, and admins add client projects and set their budgets. Per project, give staff Admin, Editor or Viewer access, or a custom role that limits which fields and attributes they may edit.
A freelancer sees one client, and a client sees only their own catalog.
Reuse what works across clients
Duplicate a template project with its prompts, category tree, attributes and settings. Copy products, categories, attributes or a Knowledge Library to another client project, and test prompts on real products in Prompt Lab first.
Client ten starts where client nine ended.
Faster intake of a new catalog
Imports from stores, files, links, FTP and email, with an AI-proposed column mapping saved per source. Catalog Jobs (beta) applies the results it is sure of, sends the rest to one Review queue and ends every run with a report.
The first deliverable is a reviewed batch, not a cleanup plan.
Reports you can hand to the client
Schedule a PDF summary of revenue, sessions and targets, share a read-only dashboard link that expires, and compare client projects in Project performance. Search Console data shows clicks, impressions and positions per query.
The monthly report comes out of the work, not on top of it.
Integrations
Connects to your clients' stack
Client stores connect directly, analytics connections feed the reports, and Feed Hub publishes a live feed per client and channel, such as Google Shopping, Meta, comparison sites and affiliate networks. Anything else arrives by file, link, FTP or email.

- Magento 2Two-way: import products and orders, push prices, stock, images and SEO back to the store.
- WooCommerceTwo-way: products, images, categories, attributes and variations, in and out.
- LightspeedTwo-way for Lightspeed eCom (C-Series). Lightspeed Retail and POS are not supported.
- Google Search ConsoleBring clicks, impressions and positions into each client's product analytics.

In the product
A run report for every job
Every Catalog Jobs run ends with a report: what each step did, the credits it used, what was exported and what still waits for review. Print it or walk the client through it.
Managed Agency pilot
The Managed Agency pilot
WISEPIM is running a Managed Agency pilot. Your agency holds its own subscription and runs several client catalogs on it, and you bill your clients for the work you deliver.
Your own subscription
Your agency holds the subscription and the organization. Client projects sit under it and draw on one credit pool.
One contract, many clients.
Terms agreed per agency
The commercial terms of a multi-client licence depend on the number of clients and the size of their catalogs, so we agree them with each pilot agency and do not publish them.
Terms that fit how you sell.
A hands-on start
The founders and product specialists work with your team on the first client: import mapping, prompts, quality rules and budgets.
Your first client goes live with us beside you.
What we ask
Five or more e-commerce clients, a team that does the work itself, and a first client you can name within 60 days. Your feedback shapes the program.
A first client live within 60 days.
Ways to work with us
Pilot, referral or client subscription
Next to the pilot, agencies work with WISEPIM in two other ways. Pick the one that matches who does the work and who holds the contract.
| What matters | Managed Agency pilot | Referral | Client subscription |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | Your agency team, inside WISEPIM | The client, or the partner who implements | Your team, invited to the client's project |
| Who holds the subscription | Your agency | The client | The client |
| How your agency earns | You bill clients for the work you deliver | Recurring commission on the clients you refer | Your service fee, while the client pays WISEPIM |
| AI credits | One organization pool, shared or fixed per client | The client's own plan | The client's own plan |
| Status | Pilot, open for applications | Open | Open, start free |
The referral commission is explained on the partner program pages. Managed Agency terms are agreed per agency and are not published.
Apply for the pilotOnboarding a client
From new client to first batch
How agency teams bring a new client catalog in. Example: a client sells bathroom taps on Shopify and gets supplier price lists in Excel. How long each step takes depends mostly on the state of the client's data.
Build your template project
Once
Set up your prompts, category tree, attributes and project settings once. For each new client, duplicate the template so the client starts from your best setup, and copy over a Knowledge Library where it fits.
Import the client catalog
First day
Connect the client's store, or bring their data in by upload, link, FTP or email. AI proposes the column mapping, you confirm it, and the mapping is saved for that source so the next delivery imports without remapping. For the taps client, Shopify connects directly and the supplier price list comes in by upload.
Trial a job before you quote
First week
Catalog Jobs (beta) scans the catalog first and runs a trial on up to 5 products with a credit estimate. For the taps client, try a job that fills missing attributes on 5 taps and put the estimate in your quote.
Report back to the client
Every month
Schedule a PDF summary for project members with analytics access, the client included, share a read-only dashboard link that expires, or walk the client through the run report of each job.
