Works with your existing PIM

Add AI to your current PIM Nothing needs migrating.

WISEPIM connects to Akeneo, Salsify, Pimcore, inriver or Plytix, enriches and translates the catalog, then writes the cleaned values back into the same SKUs.

The enrichment panel: the generated draft sits beside the source attributes, so you approve or edit it before it goes back to your PIM.

Key features

  • Sits on top of your current PIM

Akeneo, Salsify, Pimcore, inriver, Plytix, Sales Layer or a custom database. WISEPIM is the AI layer they were never built with. Your PIM stays the source of truth.

    10+PIMs supported

  • Enrich, translate, validate at scale

AI product enrichment, 93 language translation, GTIN validation, complete attribute sets, brand-voice content. The AI work your current PIM leaves to people.

  • Send data out and bring it back

Pull products in via CSV, Excel, or API. Enrich and translate in WISEPIM. Push cleaned, ready-to-sell data back into your PIM with the same SKUs, IDs, and structure.

  • Live in days, not quarters

No data migration project. No re-platforming. No change management. Connect your PIM, run a sample, and see the improvement on your own catalog within a week.

Why a layer

Why an AI layer beats replatforming

Replatforming means a migration project, a new license and a rebuild of every downstream connection. A layer beside your current PIM changes none of that.

  • Keep what works, fix what's missing

Your existing PIM handles workflow, governance, and channel sync just fine. What it can't do is generate compelling copy, translate at scale, validate GTINs, or enrich from EANs. WISEPIM adds those without touching anything else.

  • Zero migration risk

No moving 50,000 SKUs and a decade of attribute history into a new system. No retraining the team. No broken Magento, Shopify, marketplace, or ERP integrations. Your PIM stays exactly where it is.

  • Pay for AI, not for a new PIM

You already pay for your PIM. You don't need to pay for a second one. You need to pay for the AI work your team is doing manually. WISEPIM bills for that work, not for capabilities your existing PIM already covers.

The work your PIM leaves undone

The AI work that runs alongside the PIM you already have, captured straight from the app.

  • 93 language translation

Pick target locales once; every translation reuses the glossary and do-not-translate list from your Knowledge Library.
  • Connect your PIM

The integrations screen: one row per connected system, with the last sync and the next scheduled run beside it.

How it works

Plug in this week

Three steps, no migration, no downtime on your current PIM.

  1. 01

    Pull products in

Connect via API, push a CSV or Excel export, or stream from your data warehouse. WISEPIM ingests in your PIM's existing schema, including attributes, families, categories, and locales.

  2. 02

    Enrich, translate and validate

AI product enrichment fills missing fields, generates channel-ready copy, validates GTINs, and translates into 93 languages, all within your brand voice and category rules.

  3. 03

Push the values back into your PIM

Cleaned, enriched, translated data flows back into Akeneo, Salsify, Pimcore, or wherever it came from. Same SKUs, same IDs, ready for your existing channel sync.

The big five

The five PIMs we sit beside most

Same pattern every time: your PIM keeps governance and channel routing, WISEPIM does the content work. Here is what that looks like per platform.

Sales Layer, Contentserv, Stibo, Productsup, Syndigo, Catsy, Jasper PIM, Crystallize and custom databases all integrate the same way. We build custom connections on request.

Side by side

Replatform, or add a layer

Two ways to bring AI into your product data workflow. Only one ships before next quarter.

A PIM AI extension is a system that sits alongside your existing PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, Pimcore, inriver, Plytix, etc.) and adds AI-powered enrichment, translation, and validation that the underlying PIM doesn't natively do. Your existing PIM stays the source of truth; the AI layer sends product data through enrichment workflows and writes clean output back. WISEPIM is built specifically for this pattern. It's the AI layer most legacy PIMs were never designed with.

You can. That is what PIM migration is for. But replatforming means a migration project, a new license and a rebuild of every downstream integration (ERP, marketplaces, storefront, DAM). Adding WISEPIM as a layer leaves your source of truth where it is and touches none of those connections. If your PIM is genuinely the problem, migrate; if the missing piece is content, layer.

Yes. Akeneo is one of the most common pairings. Customers use Akeneo for governance, family and attribute models, and channel routing, then run the catalog through WISEPIM for AI enrichment and translation. The two-way sync works via Akeneo's REST API or CSV export. See /features/ai-for-akeneo for the full integration pattern.

Yes to all. Salsify, Pimcore, inriver, and Plytix all integrate via API or scheduled CSV exchange. We've also built custom connections to Sales Layer, Contentserv, Stibo, Productsup, Syndigo, Catsy, Jasper PIM, and Crystallize. If your PIM exports CSV or has an API, it works.

Only the products you choose to enrich or translate flow into WISEPIM. They're processed, written back to your PIM, and the AI history stays auditable in WISEPIM. Your PIM remains the source of truth. You control which SKUs sync and on what schedule. You can run a 100-product pilot before committing to anything broader.

First enriched batch usually within a week. Connect via CSV on day one, validate the workflow on a sample of 100–500 SKUs, then move to API-driven sync when you're ready. There's no migration project, no schema rewrite, and no downtime on your existing PIM.

Yes. The AI layer is modular. Most customers start with one workflow, usually translation (93 languages) or AI product enrichment, and add more as they see the improvement. You don't need to commit to the full stack on day one.

WISEPIM bills for the AI work: products enriched and translations generated, not for PIM seats or schema. AI usage costs a few cents per product and the exact price depends on your tier. See the pricing page for the current numbers, or the ROI calculator to model your own catalog.

Next step

Keep your PIM, add the AI layer

Run a sample of your catalog through WISEPIM and see what changes when AI enrichment, translation, and validation plug in alongside your existing PIM. No migration, no rip-and-replace, no risk to your current source of truth.
