Only a short list of fields comes across
The import copies name, sku, price, stock, description, supplier and ean. It does not import images, categories, variants, extra attributes, SEO fields or translations. Anything outside that list stays out of WISEPIM.

Add images, categories and other missing details inside WISEPIM after the import, or bring them in from another source.
This integration only imports
WebshopImporter pulls products into WISEPIM. It does not send anything back the other way. You may notice an export auto-create setting in the setup form, but there is no export for this integration and that control does nothing.

Manage changes you want in your webshop on the WebshopImporter side, or use a separate export integration for that.
Imports run when you start them
There is no real-time sync: supplier changes do not flow in on their own. Start each import yourself, or schedule it with an automation's schedule trigger and an import step.

Run the import again whenever your supplier data changes so your catalog stays current.
SKU is the match key
Products are matched by SKU within the project. If an incoming product has the same SKU as an existing one, it updates that product instead of adding a new one.

Give every product its own SKU before you import so nothing gets merged by mistake.
Username and password are not used
The setup form asks for a Username and Password, but the import only uses the Access Token, API URL and Sync ID. Those two fields are collected and then ignored.

Make sure your Access Token, API URL and Sync ID are correct. If the connection works, you do not need to worry about the username and password fields.
