No. WISEPIM is the AI layer beside Salsify. Salsify keeps doing syndication, GDSN, and retailer-specific exports. WISEPIM handles AI enrichment, translation, and validation, then writes the results back into Salsify. The two run side by side.

All editions. WISEPIM connects via Salsify's REST API, which is available across tiers, or via scheduled CSV/JSON exchange. We are not tied to a specific Salsify package: we work with the tier you already have.

Salsify GenAI is useful for quick assistance but limited in brand-voice depth and locked behind premium tiers. WISEPIM is purpose-built as an AI catalog layer: Knowledge Library brand voice, EAN-based enrichment, GTIN validation, Content Logic, and translation into 93 languages. Salsify's locale-scoped properties stay exactly as they are. WISEPIM reads the source locale, generates translations using your Knowledge Library (brand voice, glossary, do-not-translate list), and writes per-locale values back into the existing Salsify properties.
