Media library
Keep photos where the products are One system, not two
Every image, video and document sits on the product it belongs to, gets edited in place, and leaves with every export you run.
- AI editing, background removal, still-to-video
- Per-platform presets
- Originals kept as versions
Key features
Edit from a sentence
Describe the change, drop in a reference image, and the edit comes back as a new version next to the original.
Resize per channel
Presets for Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Instagram, web and print produce the dimensions and format each one requires.
Linked to the product
An asset attached to a product goes out with that product's export, feed and channel sync without a second upload.
Why in the PIM
Two systems, one is always stale
A standalone DAM keeps files in one tool and product data in another, and the link between them is a person remembering to update both.
Attach an image to the products that use it
Link one asset to one product or to a hundred, set the main image, and reorder the gallery, in bulk when a photoshoot lands.
Imagery leaves with the export
When a product syncs to Shopify, Amazon or a feed, its linked assets go too. Nothing is uploaded twice and nothing arrives without a picture.
Findable as the library grows
Folders, tags, ratings and favourites keep 40,000 files navigable, and search reads the alt text as well as the file name.
How it runs
From raw shoot to channel-ready gallery
The same four steps whether it is one product shot or a season's worth of them.
01
Upload
Drag in photos, videos and documents, one at a time or by the hundred. Thumbnails are generated on arrival, so the grid is usable before the last file lands.
The files are in, with progress you can watch.
02
Edit with AI
Describe the edit in a sentence and add reference images so the result matches your lighting and background. Remove a background in one click, or animate a still into a short clip.
A new version, with the original untouched beside it.
03
Optimize per channel
Each marketplace wants its own dimensions, format and file-size ceiling. Pick the preset and WISEPIM produces a variant that meets it, compressed without a visible drop.
One master image, a labelled variant per channel.
04
Link and publish
Attach the finished assets to their products. From then on every export, feed and channel sync carries them, and replacing the asset updates every product at once.
The gallery is right in every channel that reads it.
On every asset
The tools that open with the image
No export to a design tool and back: the editing happens on the asset, and the result is a version of it.
Edit with AI
A prompt plus up to a few reference images, rendered at 1K, 2K or 4K depending on whether it is a thumbnail or a hero shot.
Remove the background
One click cuts the subject out and writes a transparent version, which is what most marketplaces ask for on a main image.
Animate a still
Turn a product photo into a short clip with gentle motion, rendered landscape for the web or portrait for Reels and Stories.
Write the alt text
AI describes the image from the product's own data, so the gallery is readable by a screen reader and by image search.
At collection scale
One pass over a whole shoot
The single-asset tools all run over a selection, which is how a new collection becomes channel-ready in an afternoon rather than a week.
Bulk background removal and resizing
Select any number of images and apply removal, a resize or a channel preset to all of them; progress is reported per file, not as one spinner.
Every version kept
Uploads, edits and optimized outputs are all versions of the same asset. Compare two, restore one, and the products linked to it follow.
Share without an account
Send a single asset or a set to a photographer or a marketplace partner with a link; they do not need a WISEPIM login to open it.
