Feed Hub

Product feed software for every channel you sell on

Feed Hub turns your catalog into a live product feed per channel: Google Shopping, Meta, comparison sites, affiliate networks, AI shopping assistants and BMEcat for trading partners. Map the fields once, choose a refresh schedule, and every feed stays current.

  • 20+ built-in channel specs
  • XML, JSONL, JSON-LD and BMEcat
  • Refresh on change or on a schedule

Key features

  • One feed per market

Each feed has its own product language and currency, so every country you sell in gets its own URL.

  • Mappings and rules per channel

Title templates, fallbacks and filters shape each feed without touching your product data.

  • Feeds for AI shopping assistants

ChatGPT Shopping, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity each get the format they read, next to your Google and Meta feeds.

Why it matters

Stop rebuilding the same feed per channel

Every channel wants the same products in a slightly different shape. Feed Hub keeps one catalog and writes each shape for you.

  • One source, no copies

Fix a price or a title once in WISEPIM. Every feed that uses it picks up the change on its next refresh.

  • Fewer rejected products

Each feed is checked against the channel's required fields, so gaps show up in WISEPIM instead of in Merchant Center.

  • Feeds that never go stale

Regenerate on every product change, on a schedule or by hand. The URL stays the same, so no channel needs a new link.

Channels

One catalog, every channel format

Pick a channel and Feed Hub loads its specification: the required, recommended and optional fields, and the file format the channel reads.

  • Shopping engines

Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Bing Shopping, Pinterest and TikTok Shopping Ads.

  • Comparison sites

Beslist.nl, Kieskeurig.nl, Vergelijk.nl, Idealo, Kelkoo, PriceRunner, Prisjakt and Trovaprezzi.

  • AI shopping assistants

ChatGPT Shopping, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity, plus a schema.org Product feed in JSON-LD for your own storefront.

  • Affiliate networks

Awin, Daisycon and TradeTracker, from the same catalog as your ads.

  • Wholesale and trading partners

BMEcat 2005 with your ETIM classes and features, for wholesalers, buying groups and ERP imports.

Channels are grouped by type and searchable by name or region. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot sit at the top.

How it works

From catalog to live feed in four steps

Set it up once per channel. After that, the feed maintains itself.

  1. 01

    Pick a channel

Choose the channel, the product language and the currency. One feed per language keeps every market on its own URL.

A feed that starts with the channel's field list and sensible defaults.

  2. 02

    Map your fields

Auto-map matches fields by name and AI auto-map proposes the rest. Combine fields into titles and add fallbacks for empty values.

Every required field filled, or clearly flagged.

  3. 03

    Choose products and rules

Limit the feed to families or categories, then add rules: leave out products without images, prices or stock, or below a quality threshold.

A preview of how many products pass before you save.

  4. 04

    Publish and schedule

Paste the live feed URL into the channel once. Regenerate on every change, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or by hand.

A feed URL that stays current without another export.

Quality and control

See problems before the channel does

Feed Hub scores, validates and logs every feed, so you know what goes out and who fetches it.

  • Feed quality score

A 0 to 100 score per feed from required fields, completeness, images, GTINs, titles and descriptions, with suggestions.

You know which fix helps the most products.

  • Validation per product

Checks each product against the channel's field rules and lists the ones with errors or warnings.

Rejections caught in WISEPIM, not in the channel.

  • AI titles per feed

Rewrite titles and descriptions for one feed with AI. Your product data stays as it is.

Channel copy without a second catalog.

  • Generation history

Every run is a version with its product count, file size and duration. Compare two versions side by side.

You see what changed between runs.

  • Feed analytics

How often each platform fetches a feed, at which hours, and how its quality score moves over time.

Proof that the channel reads your feed.

  • Channel Readiness

Checks your catalog against each marketplace's required fields and opens a fix for the products that miss one.

Gaps closed at the source, before the feed.

XML import

Import supplier XML without manual mapping

Feed Hub also works in reverse. Upload a supplier's XML file or paste its URL, and WISEPIM reads the structure and proposes the mapping.

  • Structure detected for you

The root element, the repeating item and every field with a sample value. Google Shopping and BMEcat files are recognized.

  • AI proposes, you approve

AI matches supplier fields to yours with a confidence score. Accept them all at once or check them one by one.

  • Save it, then schedule it

Save the mapping as an import profile and run it again from the same URL on a schedule.

Supplier fields on the left, your fields on the right. AI suggestions wait for your approval.

BMEcat and ETIM

BMEcat and ETIM, in both directions

Wholesalers and buying groups exchange catalogs as BMEcat with ETIM. Feed Hub writes them out to your partners, and the XML import reads them in from suppliers.

  • Feeds pinned to an ETIM release

Lock a feed to the ETIM release your partner imports. A newer release you install later does not change their file.

  • The header your partner expects

Supplier name and ID (GLN, D-U-N-S or your own code), territory, catalog ID, version and buyer, written into the BMEcat header.

  • Every run accounted for

Each run shows how many articles, features and values it wrote, and which products it skipped because their family has no ETIM class.

  • Supplier BMEcat in, features included

Importing a BMEcat file detects its ETIM release and classes and brings the feature values in as attributes, with no mapping.

A BMEcat feed for wholesale partners: pinned to ETIM 10.0, with the last run's counts, the products it skipped and the catalog header.

Who it is for

Built for teams that sell in many places

Four situations Feed Hub was built for.

  • Webshops running Shopping ads

    The situation

“Merchant Center keeps flagging products for missing GTINs and images, and we only notice when the ads stop.”

    With Feed Hub

The quality score and validation list those products before the feed goes out, and a rule keeps products without images out until they are fixed.

  • Retailers on comparison sites

    The situation

“Beslist, Kieskeurig and Idealo each want their own file, and we keep three spreadsheets in sync by hand.”

    With Feed Hub

One catalog, three feeds. Each has its own mapping, language, currency and live URL, and all three refresh when a product changes.

  • Manufacturers and wholesalers

    The situation

“Our buying group wants BMEcat with ETIM, and their import breaks whenever the ETIM release changes.”

    With Feed Hub

A BMEcat feed pinned to the release they import, with your supplier ID and catalog version in the header.

  • Brands preparing for AI shopping

    The situation

“How do we get our products into the shopping results of ChatGPT, Copilot and Perplexity?”

    With Feed Hub

Feed Hub writes the feed each one reads: Agentic Commerce JSONL for ChatGPT, Universal Commerce Protocol JSONL for Copilot and Google Shopping XML for Perplexity. Signing up with each program stays with you.

Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Bing Shopping, Pinterest, TikTok Shopping Ads, Beslist.nl, Kieskeurig.nl, Vergelijk.nl, Idealo, Kelkoo, PriceRunner, Prisjakt, Trovaprezzi, Awin, Daisycon, TradeTracker, ChatGPT Shopping, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, a schema.org Product feed in JSON-LD and BMEcat 2005 with ETIM. If Channable sends your products on to other channels, Feed Hub writes a Channable feed too.

Marketplaces take listings through their own APIs instead of fetching a feed URL, so they sit outside Feed Hub. For bol.com, the bol.com connector (beta) sends price, stock and product content to your seller account. Amazon has no connector: Channel Readiness checks your products against Amazon's required fields, then you export a clean file for Seller Central or your listing tool.

Every feed has its own hosted URL. You enter it in the channel once, for example as a scheduled fetch in Google Merchant Center, and the channel downloads the latest version each time it checks. The URL stays the same when the feed regenerates.

You choose per feed: on every product change, on a schedule (as often as every 5 minutes, or hourly, daily, weekly or monthly at a set time), or only when you press Regenerate.

Each feed has one product language and one currency, because channels expect a separate feed per market. Create one feed per language or country from the same catalog, each with its own URL.

Required and recommended field coverage, how many products are complete, image and GTIN coverage, and title and description quality. BMEcat feeds also score ETIM conformance. Each gap comes with a suggestion and the number of products affected.

No. AI auto-map only proposes mappings for you to approve. AI title and description optimization writes copy for that one feed and leaves your products as they are. It uses one credit per title or description, and products that have not changed since the last run are free.

Yes. XML Import reads .xml, .rss, .atom, .bmecat and .zip files or a feed URL, detects the structure and proposes a field mapping with AI. Save the mapping as an import profile to run it again on a schedule.
