No orders or sales data is imported
The Picqer link only brings in products and stock. It does not pull orders, sales, or fulfillment data.
How WISEPIM handles it
Keep using Picqer for orders, picking, and fulfillment. From Picqer, WISEPIM is only your product and stock source.
Only core product fields come in
The import brings SKU, name, description, price, barcode, supplier part number, weight, size, HS code, country of origin, stock, and the first image. It does not pull categories, attributes, product variants, translations, or SEO fields from Picqer.
How WISEPIM handles it
Add categories, attributes, translations, and SEO inside WISEPIM. Product variants are not imported, so each Picqer product comes in as one product.
Only the first barcode becomes the EAN
In Picqer, one product can hold several barcodes in the barcode field, split by commas. WISEPIM cannot store that whole list in the single EAN field.
How WISEPIM handles it
WISEPIM keeps only the first barcode as the EAN, so channels never get a comma-separated value. The extra barcodes are not imported, so if you sell on a different one, set it first in Picqer.
Country of origin is cut to two letters
The country of origin field needs a 2-letter ISO code, like NL or DE. Picqer sometimes stores a full country name or a longer code.
How WISEPIM handles it
On import, WISEPIM makes country_of_origin uppercase and keeps only the first two letters. If Picqer already uses ISO-2 codes this is correct. If Picqer stores full names, the short code can be wrong, so set proper ISO-2 codes in Picqer.
Negative stock shows as zero
Picqer free stock can drop below zero when orders come in faster than they are picked. A negative number on a storefront is confusing.

WISEPIM changes any negative stock total to 0 on import, so channels see out of stock instead of a negative number.

Key Picqer concepts (and how they map to WISEPIM)
If you're new to the platform — or evaluating it — here are the terms that matter for product data, and what they translate to in WISEPIM.
productcode
Picqer's primary product identifier — equivalent to SKU in most other systems.
WISEPIM uses productcode as the SKU and as the unique key for upserts.
freestock
Available-to-sell stock per warehouse after reserved/allocated quantities are subtracted.
WISEPIM sums freestock across warehouses (or scopes to one) and uses the total as stock_quantity.
unlimitedstock
Boolean flag on Picqer products that disables stock tracking — used for digital goods, services, or made-to-order items.
When set, WISEPIM marks the product as 'in stock' regardless of warehouse counts and disables manage_stock.
Warehouse ID (idwarehouse)
Numeric identifier of a Picqer warehouse. Visible in Picqer under Settings → Warehouses.
Optional integration setting — provide it to scope stock imports to one warehouse; leave empty to sum all.
