Time savings

Edit every product at once Automations run the repeat work.

Change one field across thousands of SKUs in a single action, then let scheduled automations handle the import, the enrichment and the channel push.

  • 25+ bulk actions
  • 7 automation triggers
  • 93 languages

Key features

  • Edit a whole selection at once

Filter to the SKUs you mean, pick one of 25+ bulk actions, check the preview and let the run finish in the background.

  • Let the routine start itself

Automations chain a trigger, conditions and actions, so imports, enrichment and exports run on a schedule instead of on a to-do list.

  • Write content for a batch

WISEPIM AI fills descriptions, specs and SEO titles for a selection and translates them into 93 languages in the same run.

Where the hours go

The work that repeats every week

In every catalog we see, the same three habits eat the week.

  • Retyping supplier data

Each price list arrives with its own column order and its own field names, so the same mapping is rebuilt by hand for every file.

Result: the mapping is saved and reused on the supplier's next file.

  • Opening products one by one

A seasonal price change, a VAT change or a category move means opening hundreds of product pages to edit a single field.

Result: one bulk action covers the entire selection.

  • Copying the same text per channel

A description gets pasted into the webshop, the marketplace listing and the datasheet, and the three versions drift apart within a week.

Result: one catalog record feeds every connected channel.

How it works

From supplier file to live channel

Four steps take a raw supplier file to a published catalog without anyone retyping a field.

  1. 01

Import the file and save the mapping

    once per supplier

Upload a CSV, XML or Excel file and match the supplier's columns to your attributes. The mapping is stored under that supplier.

The next file from the same supplier imports without setup.

  2. 02

Fix the whole batch in one action

Filter to the SKUs that need work, choose a bulk action such as find and replace, change price or assign categories, and check the preview before it applies.

Hundreds of products corrected in a single run.

  3. 03

Let AI fill what is still missing

Send the same selection through enrichment for descriptions, specs, SEO titles and translations, with your Content Logic rules applied.

Every product leaves the batch with the same fields filled.

  4. 04

Put the sequence on a trigger

    runs unattended

Wrap those steps in an automation and give it a trigger: after an import, on a schedule, or when a product changes.

The routine repeats without anyone starting it.

Process Tracker

Long runs finish in the background

A bulk action or an enrichment job on thousands of products is queued, not blocking, so you keep working and check the result later.

  • Follow every run

The Process Tracker lists queued, running and finished jobs with the product count and how long each one took.

  • See which rows failed

A row that could not be written keeps its error message, so you fix the source instead of guessing which product broke.

  • Re-run without rebuilding it

Start a job again from its history entry with the same selection and the same settings.

Each row is one run: what it touched, how far it got, and what it reported back.

What stops being manual

The work you hand over first

These are the jobs teams move to WISEPIM in the first week, in the order they usually do it.

  • Supplier imports

Saved mappings per supplier, plus a cleanup step that trims whitespace and standardises casing on the way in.

  • Price and stock updates

Change a price by amount or percentage, set special prices and volume discounts, and update stock across a selection.

  • Missing descriptions and specs

Enrichment fills empty fields from the attributes you already have, in your brand voice, for a whole batch at once.

  • Channel pushes

Export templates and direct integrations send the current record to each connected shop, marketplace and feed.

Anything with a rule behind it: imports with a saved mapping, bulk field changes, enrichment for empty fields, translations, validation and channel exports. Work that needs a judgement call, like approving generated copy, deciding a price or choosing a category for an odd product, still goes to a person, and workflows keep those tasks visible.

Usually on the first import. Mapping a file, running one bulk action and pushing the result to a channel takes minutes, and the mapping is saved for every later file from that supplier. Wrapping the same steps in an automation is a separate, later job.

No. Imports, bulk actions and automations are configured in the interface. Direct integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and the marketplaces connect with your store credentials. The API is there if you want it, but nothing on this page needs it.

Every bulk action shows a preview with the number of affected products before it runs, and the run itself is recorded in the Process Tracker with a per-row result. WISEPIM does not offer a single-click undo of an applied batch, so the preview and a filtered test selection are the safety net.

Bulk actions, imports, exports and automations are part of your plan. AI enrichment and translation are usage-based and cost a few cents per product depending on your tier, and the pricing page has the current rates.
