Platform sync

Update the product once Every channel gets the change.

WISEPIM sends titles, attributes, prices and stock to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Kaufland and Mirakl, with its own field mapping per connection.

  • Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopware and Lightspeed
  • Kaufland and Mirakl-operated marketplaces
  • A separate field mapping per connection

Key features

  • Connect the channel

Add the integration, enter the store credentials and run a connection test before the first export.

  • Map every field

Match each WISEPIM attribute to the field that channel expects, once per connection.

  • Send only what you tick

An export carries the fields you selected, so a channel keeps what you deliberately manage there.

How a sync runs

From one edit to every storefront

A sync is not a black box. You decide which channel gets which fields, and every run reports what it sent.

  1. 01

    Connect the channel

Add the integration, enter the store credentials and run the connection test. WISEPIM only writes to a channel that answered.

The connection sits in your integrations list, ready to receive products.

  2. 02

    Map the fields

Every platform names its fields differently. The mapper puts your attributes next to the channel's fields so you match them once.

Titles, specs and prices land in the field the channel actually reads.

  3. 03

    Choose what this channel receives

Pick the products, the categories and the fields this connection may update. Anything you leave out stays as it is on the channel.

One master product, a different set of fields per storefront.

  4. 04

Run it, and read the run

Start an export by hand, or let an automation fire it after an import or a bulk edit. Each run lists what went out and what it skipped.

A record of every push, per channel.

One product, many storefronts

Each channel gets its own wording

Channel-specific titles, descriptions and attribute sets come out of one product record instead of ten spreadsheets.

  • Per-channel titles and descriptions

A marketplace gets the long spec title, your own shop gets the short one, both from the same product.

  • Attribute sets per operator

Kaufland and Mirakl operators each demand their own attributes; the connection fills them from your catalog.

  • Nothing overwritten by accident

Fields you leave out of the mapping are never touched, so edits made on the channel survive the next run.

A connection's detail view: which products it covers, when it last ran and what that run wrote.

What a sync carries

Stock, price and content together

An export is one payload per product, not four separate jobs you have to remember to start.

  • Stock and stock status

Stock levels and the in-stock flag travel with the same export that carries the content.

  • Prices and special prices

Regular price, special price and the period it applies to, per channel.

  • Images and attachments

Media attached to a product goes out with it, so a new photo needs no second upload.

  • Categories and attributes

Your category tree mapped to the channel's, with the attributes that category requires.

You update product data once in WISEPIM and push it out to the connected channels. Per channel you decide which fields are included, so an export never overwrites something you deliberately manage elsewhere.

Yes. Each connection has its own field mapping, so the same master product can carry a different title, description or attribute set per platform while the source data stays in one place.

Yes. Stock and stock status are part of what an export can carry, and a bulk stock update lets you correct an entire selection in one run before it goes out.

Yes. The Mirakl connector exports products into the operator category you choose and fills that operator's required attributes with AI enrichment. It is available on Pro plans and above.
