Pimberly pricing at a glance
Pimberly is one of the more transparent enterprise PIM vendors. Its pricing page lists yearly prices for the Regular, Pro and Corporate plans in US dollars, British pounds and euros, and the Enterprise plan on quote. The dollar and euro prices are the same number, and Pimberly says it does not charge based on geography.

So a Regular plan with Pimberly AI starts at $43,500 or €43,500 a year before any enterprise DAM features. Third-party listings such as Vendr still show the Regular plan at $30,000, an older figure; use the vendor's current price.
Per SKU
What Pimberly costs per SKU
Dividing the list price by the SKU limit shows how the plans scale. If you fill the plan, Regular works out at $0.72 per SKU per year, Pro at $0.60 and Corporate at $0.36. The catch is the floor: a catalog of 5,000 SKUs still pays the full $36,000 for Regular, which is $7.20 per SKU per year.
Users and storage follow the same steps. If you need 21 users or more than 3 TB of assets, you move up to Pro even when your SKU count fits in Regular. The plan limits are sized for large catalogs and asset libraries; smaller catalogs pay for headroom they may not use.

Implementation and onboarding
Unlike most enterprise PIM vendors, Pimberly implements with its own in-house team rather than partners, and says a typical client takes 12 weeks to fully implement. Pimberly does not state whether implementation is included in the subscription or charged separately, so ask for that in writing. There is no free trial; the site offers a free demo.

Pimberly pricing versus WISEPIM
Pimberly's entry plan covers 50,000 SKUs for €36,000 a year. WISEPIM's largest standard plan, Pro Plus, covers 50,000 products for €1,499 a month billed yearly, or €17,988 a year, and smaller catalogs pay less: from €299 a month for 1,000 products, or nothing on the free plan for 100 products. AI enrichment and translation are included through monthly AI credits, a few cents per product depending on your plan, instead of a separate AI add-on.
