Catalog Jobs, now in beta

Catalog automation, ready to run You only check what matters

Catalog Jobs is catalog automation without building a workflow. Pick a ready-made job, such as filling attribute gaps or completing a supplier sheet. It scans first, applies what it is sure of and sends the rest to one review queue.

  • 12 ready-made jobs
  • Once or on a schedule
  • Trial run first

Key features

  • Scans before you start

Each job checks your catalog or sheet first, so you confirm a plan instead of building one.

  • Applies only what it is sure of

You set how sure is sure enough. Everything else waits for you.

  • Ends with a report

See what each step did, what was exported and what still needs you.

Why it matters

Catalog work done, minus the busywork

The same chores come back every week. Catalog Jobs turns each one into a job you start in a few clicks and check in one place.

  • No setup from scratch

The scan finds the products and fields that need work, so you confirm a plan instead of building one.

  • Time for the hard cases

Confident results apply for you. Only the uncertain ones reach your review queue.

  • No surprises in your shop

You choose where the results go when you start a job. Anything below your threshold waits for your check.

  • Proof after every run

The run report shows what every step did and cost, what was exported and what still waits for you.

The jobs

Ready-made jobs for every catalog chore

Grouped by what you want done. When a job needs something first, such as a second shop, the hub tells you before you start.

    Bring new products in complete.

    • Complete a supplier sheet

Upload a sheet with codes and short descriptions. We decode the codes, find images and fill in the details.

Swap placeholder images for real photos, from your old store or the web.

    • Image studio

A white background, a square frame, a lighter file and alt text for every photo.

    • Complete beauty product data

Ingredients, volume, shade and skin type from pack photos, your product texts and trusted sites. By default, every ingredient list waits for your check.

Products that are one model in several colours or sizes become one product with variants.

  • Keep in sync

Stay in step with suppliers and stock.

How it works

From job to result in four steps

Every job follows the same path, so once you have run one, you know them all.

  1. 01

    Pick a job

Start from the Catalog Jobs hub, or select products in your catalog and run a job on just those. The job checks what needs work and shows you before anything runs.

You see the size of the work before anything runs.

  2. 02

Try it on a few products

Run the job on up to 5 sample products and see what it would change, with the credit estimate for the full run.

No surprises when you run it on everything.

  3. 03

    Choose when to apply

Pick Careful, Balanced, Fast or Never. Suggestions at or above your threshold apply for you. The rest go to the review queue.

Every uncertain change waits for your decision.

  4. 04

    Review, export and repeat

Accept, edit or reject what waits. Then send accepted changes to WooCommerce, download an import file or keep them in WISEPIM. Turn on Repeat to run the job on a schedule.

A report for every run, and a job that keeps itself up to date.

Confidence threshold

You decide how sure is sure enough

Every suggestion carries a confidence score. Pick a threshold and the job applies what clears it. Everything below waits in one review queue, shared by every job.

  • Start careful, speed up later

Begin on Careful, then move to Balanced or Fast once the suggestions prove right for your catalog.

  • Never means never

Pick Never and nothing applies on its own. Every suggestion waits for your decision.

  • A threshold that learns from you

Once you have reviewed enough suggestions, the job recommends the threshold your past decisions support.

When should the job apply changes for you?

When it is at least 85% sure. The recommended default.

Review queue

One queue for everything that needs a look

Suggestions from every run land in the same queue, grouped by field with the surest first. The clear cases go in one click, so your time goes to the doubtful ones.

  • Accept all High at once

Suggestions the job is confident about sit together. Accept them in one click, then work through the rest.

  • See where a value came from

Each suggestion says whether it came from the photo, the web or your rules. Open Why? for the evidence, or pick another value first.

  • Fast with a keyboard

Move, accept, reject and change values with single keys, and undo your last decision.

The review queue: suggestions from every run, sorted by confidence, with one click to accept the High ones.

Run report

Know exactly what every run did

Every run ends with a report: the numbers that matter for that job, each step with its results and credits, and real examples of what changed.

  • The results first

The top of the report shows the totals for that job, such as images found, suggestions waiting and products exported.

  • Credits per step

Each step shows what it handled, what needs a check, what failed and what it cost against the estimate.

  • Before and after

Example products show the old and the new value side by side, so you can judge the run at a glance.

A finished run: result totals, every step with its credits, and before and after examples.

Recurring jobs

Recurring jobs that run by themselves

Turn on Repeat when you start a job and it runs after every import, or daily, weekly or monthly at the time you choose. Open a schedule to pause it, run it now or see what changed.

  • Since last run, at a glance

Each schedule compares its latest run with the one before, so you see what changed without opening the report.

  • Skipped runs explained

When a run is skipped, for example because credits ran low or the previous run was still busy, the schedule says why.

  • It tells you when it needs you

A schedule shows when its suggestions wait for your review, next to its next and last run.

Your schedules with their next and last run, and recent runs with what still waits for review.

Who it is for

Built for small teams with big catalogs

Catalog Jobs fits wherever the same catalog chores come back every week.

  • Retailers buying from many suppliers

Complete each new supplier sheet, then keep stock and prices in step with the supplier's list.

New ranges arrive complete, and stock stays current.

  • Merchants running more than one shop

Map categories between shops, write a different text per shop and translate a shop into a new language.

Each shop reads as its own, in its own language.

  • Teams getting ready for ads

Fix Google categories, barcodes, ad titles and placeholder photos before you put budget behind a product.

Products are complete before the campaign starts.

Every job on this page works today and runs on real catalogs. Beta means we are still adding jobs and adjusting them based on feedback, so a screen or a default can change.

Steps that use AI cost credits, and you see the estimate before you start. Syncing supplier stock and prices and retiring sold-out products use no AI by default, so they cost no credits. What a credit costs depends on your plan.

No. When you start a job you choose where its results go: your WooCommerce shop, an import file or nowhere yet. Pick Never as the threshold and every suggestion waits for your review before it applies.

You choose when you start the job: send accepted changes to your WooCommerce shop, get a WooCommerce import file (CSV) to upload yourself, or keep the changes in WISEPIM and export them from your products later. Get ready for Google and Meta ads sends its fixes to Merchant Center and your Google and Meta feeds instead.

Each suggestion gets a confidence score from the evidence behind it, such as the product photo, your allowed values and trusted web sources. Your threshold decides which scores apply on their own. Everything below it waits for you.

Yes. Turn on Repeat when you start a job and it runs after every import, or daily, weekly or monthly. You can pause a schedule, run it now and see what changed since the last run.

Map categories between shops needs another shop with its own categories. Make each shop unique needs two or more shops. Translate a shop needs a second language in your project. Retire sold-out products needs a connected shop. The hub or the job's first step tells you what is missing before anything runs.

Automations let you build your own workflow from triggers and actions. Catalog Jobs are ready-made: each job already knows what to scan, when to ask you and what to report. A job you repeat is saved as a schedule, which you open from the Catalog Jobs hub.
