AI Chat

Ask your catalog what's wrong Answers arrive with a fix

An assistant inside WISEPIM that reads your live catalog, analytics and Search Console, then offers the run that fixes what it found.

  • 25+ playbooks
  • Live catalog and Search Console
  • Nothing applies without approval

Key features

  • It reads the live catalog

Products, attributes, media, quality scores, analytics, Search Console and customer segments, queried when you ask rather than exported first.

  • It answers with a plan, not a paragraph

How many products are affected, what the recommended format is, and a Review & approve button that starts the run.

  • It writes in your voice

The tone, banned words and audience in your Knowledge Library apply to every piece of copy it drafts.

Why not ChatGPT

Generic chatbots never saw your catalog

The difference is not the model. It is what the model can read, and what it is allowed to do once you agree.

  • It reads instead of guessing

Ask which categories dragged last month and it returns a table of revenue, margin and what is wrong per category.

Result: an answer you can check against your own numbers.

  • It counts before it acts

Every suggested action names how many products it affects and waits behind a Review & approve step.

Result: no bulk edit you did not agree to.

  • It carries your rules

The Knowledge Library holds tone, banned words and audience, and the assistant applies them to every draft.

Result: copy that does not need a second pass for voice.

How it works

A question, a plan, an approval

The loop is the same whether the answer touches one product or twelve hundred.

  1. 01

    Ask in your own words

    no filters, no SQL

Type the question the way you would ask a colleague. The assistant picks the data it needs and answers with a table you can sort and click into.

An answer grounded in your catalog rather than in general knowledge.

  2. 02

Get a plan with the numbers on it

    counts up front

When the fix is a bulk change, the assistant writes out the steps and says how many products each one touches before you decide anything.

A numbered plan you can approve in order, edit, or drop a step from.

  3. 03

    Approve what you want run

    nothing runs on its own

Each action stays a proposal until you press Review & approve. Edit the step, drop it, or approve the whole plan in order.

The change lands on the products, and the run shows up in the Process Tracker.

  4. 04

Take the same catalog to another market

    93 languages

Ask what a German launch needs, and the assistant lists the work, then offers the translation run for every product that is ready for it.

Translated names, descriptions and SEO meta, with your do-not-translate terms untouched.

Playbooks

Three questions worth asking on a Monday

The Prompt Library ships 25 or more of these, across product content, analytics, SEO, data quality and strategy.

  • For SEO

    You ask

Run a content audit on the Electronics category.

    It does

Checks meta title lengths and keyword coverage across the products in that category, then hands back a list ordered by what to rewrite first.

  • For merchandising

    You ask

What are my ten most returned products, and what data is missing on them?

    It does

Pulls the return figures, names the SKUs, points out which of them have no sizing attributes, and offers to generate the missing ones.

  • For content

    You ask

Draft a launch email for the new Sony Alpha, aimed at professional photographers.

    It does

Reads the specifications off the product record, applies the tone in your Knowledge Library, and returns a draft you can edit before it goes anywhere.

It knows the app too

Ask how WISEPIM works

The assistant answers questions about the product itself, and the suggested action opens the page the answer just described.

  • Steps in order

Connect the integration, filter the selection, open the export, run it. The screens are named the way they are named in the app.

  • A button, not a list of links

The suggested action opens the settings page directly, so you do not have to go hunting for it.

  • The options you would have missed

Settings like auto-create products on export get mentioned at the point where they change the outcome.

"How do I export my products to Shopify?" Four steps in the app's own vocabulary, and a Connect Shopify action underneath them.

Revenue questions

Ask for numbers, get a next step

Revenue by category, conversion drop-offs, which SKUs stalled last month. The assistant queries your live analytics and answers with the figures and what to do about them.

A revenue answer: the breakdown first, then the specific action the numbers point at.

ChatGPT has no access to your catalog, so you would be exporting a CSV and pasting it in. AI Chat queries your product data, analytics, Search Console and Knowledge Library directly and can propose an enrichment run on the products it found. It is not a general assistant: ask it something outside your catalog and the product data and it will not have anything useful to add.

Your product catalog (fields, attributes and media), analytics (revenue, conversion, performance), Google Search Console (impressions, clicks, position), customer segments, data quality scores and the Knowledge Library. All of it is read at the moment you ask. It has no access to systems you have not connected.

Only after you approve. When it finds missing descriptions, SEO problems or incomplete data, it proposes an action with the number of products it would touch, and nothing runs until you press Review & approve. You can edit a proposed step or drop it entirely, and the run then appears in the Process Tracker like any other.

From the Knowledge Library, where you upload brand guidelines, tone documents, audience profiles and the words you never want used. Those rules are applied to the copy it drafts. It does not learn a voice from your existing product text on its own: what is in the Knowledge Library is what it follows.

Saved prompts in the Prompt Library, more than 25 of them, grouped as product content, analytics and performance, SEO and marketing, data quality, and strategic. Each one pulls the data it needs and returns something you can act on, so nobody has to become a prompt engineer first.

Yes. Everyone in the workspace gets the same Knowledge Library context and the same live data, and saved prompts are shared. What a person can change through the chat is still bound by their own permissions in WISEPIM.
