AI context

Tell WISEPIM about your brand Every AI output stops guessing

Twelve guided knowledge areas covering brand voice, audience, product context and channel rules, read by every enrichment, prompt and chat answer.

  • 12 knowledge areas, 69 sections
  • Filled by hand or from your website
  • One shared library per workspace

Key features

  • Answer in your own words

Each area is a set of plain questions with an example underneath, not an empty prompt box. Fill what matters and leave the rest.

  • Start from your website

Fill with AI reads your public site and drafts answers across the areas, so you correct text instead of writing from zero.

  • Read by every AI feature

Bulk enrichment, Prompt Lab and AI Chat consult the library before they generate. You never paste your brand guide into a prompt.

Why it matters

Generic AI writes generic product copy

A model that has never seen your brand notes will invent a tone, and it will invent what makes your product different from the next one.

  • The tone drifts per writer

One colleague asks for friendly, another asks for premium. Both prompts are reasonable, and the catalog ends up carrying two voices.

Result: the tone lives in the library instead of in each person's prompt.

  • The model fills gaps with guesses

Ask for a description of a product that carries three attributes and the model pads the rest. With your product context on file it pads with your facts.

Result: fewer invented claims to delete during review.

  • New people start from nothing

A new hire or a freelancer writes their first descriptions on day one from the same brand answers the team agreed on.

Result: onboarding is reading the library, not shadowing a colleague.

How it works

From blank form to brand context

You can fill the library by hand, or let it read your website first and correct the draft.

  1. 01

    Pick an area and answer

    ~10 min per area

Open Brand Identity, Target Audience or any of the twelve areas. Each section asks a specific question and shows an example answer under the field.

The area moves to In progress and its completion bar moves with it.

  2. 02

Or let it read your website

    ~2 min

Fill with AI takes the URL of your public site, reads it, and drafts answers across the areas. Everything arrives as editable text.

A first version of the library you correct rather than compose.

  3. 03

    Every AI feature reads it

From then on, bulk enrichment, Prompt Lab and AI Chat consult the library before generating anything.

The same context behind every generated field, for everyone on the team.

What it holds

Twelve areas, sixty-nine sections

These six carry most of the weight for product copy; the other six cover industry, sustainability, storytelling and conversion detail.

  • Brand Identity

Origin story, voice and tone, the phrases you always use, the ones you never use, and the values behind them.

  • Target Audience Profiles

Who buys, what they are trying to solve, what holds them back, and the words they use for all of it.

  • Product Context

What makes your products different, how they are used, and the principles behind how they are made.

  • Marketing and SEO Strategy

The terms you want to rank for and the positioning that meta titles and descriptions have to carry.

  • Channel-Specific Requirements

What each marketplace and webshop expects, so one product reads correctly everywhere it is listed.

  • Technical Specifications Context

How to read your spec sheets: units, tolerances, and which numbers a buyer actually compares.

Brand Identity

The questions are already written

Every area opens as a form with a question, an example answer and a text box, so nobody has to decide what a brand document should contain.

  • A question, not a blank page

Each field asks something specific and shows an example of a good answer underneath it.

  • Partial is already useful

An area counts from the first answered field, so you do not have to finish one before it helps.

  • One library per workspace

Everyone edits the same answers, so there is one version of your brand instead of one per person.

The Brand Identity form: the grey line under each field is the example answer, and the sections on the left are what still has to be filled.

Twelve knowledge areas, from Brand Identity and Target Audience Profiles to Channel-Specific Requirements and Technical Specifications Context. Each area is split into sections, and each section is a short list of questions you answer as plain text. There are sixty-nine sections in total, so you are filling in a form rather than writing a document.

No. The Knowledge Library is a structured set of fields, not a document store, so there is nothing to attach a file to. Paste the relevant passages of your brand guide into the fields they answer, or point Fill with AI at your website and correct the draft it writes. Keeping it as text is what lets the AI use one specific answer instead of searching a whole document.

Each area shows Not started, In progress or Complete based on how many of its fields carry an answer, and the library shows the total across all twelve. A higher score means the AI has more to work from; it is a measure of how much you filled in, not a quality rating of what you wrote.

It is read whenever WISEPIM generates text: bulk AI enrichment, prompts you run in Prompt Lab, and answers in AI Chat. It is not exported to your channels and it never appears in a product field on its own. It only shapes what the AI writes into those fields.

Yes. There is one Knowledge Library per workspace and everyone in that workspace sees and edits the same answers. That is deliberate: the point is a single agreed version of your brand rather than a copy per person. It also means an edit takes effect for everyone's next generation.
