One catalog

Bring every product source together One record feeds every channel.

Import from files, APIs, webshops and supplier feeds, then keep attributes, media and translations in one editor.

  • CSV, Excel, XML, JSON and API sources
  • Direct connections to webshops and marketplaces
  • Channel-specific values on one record

Key features

  • One record per product

Attributes, media, categories and channel-specific values sit on the same product, whichever system they arrived from.

  • Every source has a way in

Files, APIs, supplier feeds, a webshop connection, or the browser extension for pages with no export at all.

  • Changes go back out

Edit once and the connected webshops, marketplaces and feeds take the new value on their next sync.

Why it hurts

The same product, three different answers

Every system holds its own version, so the question stops being what is true and becomes which copy you happened to open.

  • The spreadsheet is the real catalog

Enrichment happens in a file nobody else can see, and the webshop gets a paste of it whenever someone remembers to do it.

Result: the catalog stops living in one person's downloads folder.

  • The same edit, three times

A corrected specification has to be typed into the webshop, the marketplace listing and the feed, and one of the three gets missed.

Result: one edit, and the channels read from it.

  • Nobody knows which copy is current

Marketing has one description, sales quotes another, and support answers the customer from a third.

Result: one record everyone opens, the channels included.

How it works

In from anywhere, out to everywhere

The middle step is the whole point: one structured record that the channels read instead of reading each other.

  1. 01

    Bring the data in

Import a file, connect an API or a supplier feed, connect your webshop, or capture a page with the browser extension. The mapping step shows which source column lands in which field.

Products arrive with their attributes in real fields, not in a notes column.

  2. 02

    Make it one record

Attributes, categories, media and channel-specific values live on the same product, so enrichment, quality rules and translations all work on one thing.

One place to look, and one place to fix.

  3. 03

    Push it back out

Connected webshops, marketplaces and feeds read the current record. A value that only applies to one channel stays on the product instead of in that channel's backend.

A change is made once and lands wherever the product is listed.

Sources and destinations

Connect the systems you already run

WISEPIM sits in front of your webshop, ERP and marketplaces rather than replacing them, so data flows in from them and back out to them.

The integrations list works both directions: the same connection that imports a catalog is the one that publishes the corrected version back.

One record

Everything about a product on one screen

Attributes, media, categories, translations and the quality score sit in one editor, so no one has to reconcile two tabs to answer a question about a product.

  • Tabbed sections, one product

Content, attributes, media and channel values are sections of the same record, not separate systems.

  • Completeness is visible while you edit

The sidebar shows what is still missing before a channel rejects the product, not after.

  • The channels read this screen

What is on the record is what gets published, so a correction here is a correction everywhere.

The tabs are one product, not four systems; the sidebar counts what is still missing as you fill it in.

Browser extension

Pull in catalogs that have no export

The data you need to centralize is not always in a file. Supplier portals, brand sites and marketplace listings often have no export at all. The WISEPIM extension pulls those products into your hub from the page you are already looking at.

  • Works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, plus Chromium browsers like Brave and Arc
  • Captures a single product or a full category page, with images, specs and the source URL
  • Uses your own browser session, so bot protection is not in the way
  • Everything lands in the same central catalog as your file and API imports

You edit a price, a specification or a description once, and every connected webshop, marketplace and feed picks it up on its next sync instead of you repeating the same edit in three systems. The part that surprises people is the reverse: because there is one record, a mistake is also only in one place, so fixing it is one edit rather than a hunt.

No. WISEPIM sits in front of your webshop, ERP and marketplaces rather than replacing them. Data flows in from them through imports and integrations, and flows back out to them. Your webshop stays your webshop; it just stops being the place where product content is authored.

Import CSV, Excel, XML or JSON files, connect an API or a supplier feed, connect a webshop directly, or use the browser extension on pages that block server-side requests. Every source goes through a mapping step where you see which incoming column lands in which field before anything is written.

The central record wins, and you decide per source which fields it is allowed to touch. The mapping step is where that is set, so an import that should only refresh stock cannot quietly rewrite your descriptions. What WISEPIM does not do is merge two conflicting values on its own: one of them is the source for that field.

Next step

Put one catalog behind every channel

Import what you already have, see it as one record, and let your webshops and marketplaces read from it.
