Yes. You can export all products, at any time, as Excel or CSV. After cancellation your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.

No, WISEPIM is only available as a cloud service. If you need to run the software on your own servers, an open-source PIM is the better fit, and you can still connect WISEPIM to it for AI enrichment where a connector exists, as with Akeneo.
