Security Watchtower and Quality Score Trends

This release adds Security watchtower, a free way to hear about known vulnerabilities in the platforms and plugins your store runs. Quality scores now show their trend in the products table and a clear path to fix in the editor. You can also view every language side by side, read richer Ask AI answers and import feeds, archives and files that need reshaping.

New Features

7 new features
  • Security Watchtower: Record the platforms, plugins and versions your store runs under Settings > Security watchtower, and see which known vulnerabilities affect those versions, including WordPress and WooCommerce plugins and themes. Each one explains in plain words what it is, what could happen and what to do, and a person reviews every warning before we email it. It is free on every plan.

  • Quality Score Trends: The Quality column in the products table now shows each score with its recent change and a small trend line, so you can see which products are improving. The Quality tab in the product editor opens on one score card with completeness, translation status and the 30-day trend, followed by the fixes that get you to the highest reachable score.

  • All Languages View: The language pickers in the products table and the product editor have an All languages option. The table adds a column per language next to each selected field, so you can compare translations without switching views.
  • Reworked Performance Tab: With GA4 connected, the Performance tab in the product editor shows the product's funnel from views to add-to-carts and purchases, compared with the previous 28 days and with similar products. A weekly sales chart, the product's rank and one suggested next step based on measured numbers complete the view.
  • Richer Ask AI Answers: Ask AI now answers with the insight first and lays out its reply with figures, charts, tables and steps, where a figure links to the page you can act on. Suggested changes appear as steps you approve in place, and the chat page has a calmer layout with a resizable history sidebar.
  • Prompts That Fill Chosen Attributes: A prompt that enriches product attributes can now name the attributes it fills, so a run focuses on exactly those. Per attribute, you can decide whether AI may add new options to a select list, and the process tracker shows the credits each task used.
  • More Import Formats and Held Rows: The product importer now accepts JSON, XML and fixed-width text feeds, ZIP and gzip archives, and can append files, join them on a shared column or turn option columns into rows. Rows that fail checks are held instead of lost: correct them in the importer or import the valid rows and keep the rest for later, with your original file kept.

Improvements

  • Self-Repairing Imports: Imports now repair common file problems such as broken quote escaping, pick the product worksheet in a workbook automatically and ask you how to read ambiguous number and date formats. Excel files are read with their stored values, so barcodes keep their leading zeros and long numbers stay exact.
  • Scores Right After an Import: Freshly imported products show their quality score as being calculated instead of a red 0%, and scores now arrive batch by batch while the import runs. Quality filters such as Low quality no longer match products that have not been scored yet.
  • Trusted Supplier Sources: Web research now treats your trusted supplier sites in the order you list them, also uses them for descriptions and images, and shows on the product which supplier pages a run relied on.
  • Sale Prices and Backorders: Shopify exports send an active sale price with the regular price as the compare-at price, and imports map it back. The product editor and Quick Edit gain a notify-on-backorder switch and an expected availability date, and CSV imports can map a compare-at price.
  • Better Imports From Product Pages: Imports by URL and through the browser extension now capture FAQs and specifications hidden in tabs, accordions and drawers. New projects keep scraped specifications as attributes by default, and a run tells you what your import settings left out.
  • Faster Enrichment and Deletes: Small Bulk Enrich runs finish much sooner because independent steps now run at the same time, and an enrichment that writes nothing tells you why. Deleting up to 200 products now completes right away, and the Editor role can delete products.
  • One-Step Credit Sharing: In Settings > Organization, projects added to the credit pool spend from it directly, so you no longer fund, attach and budget each project separately. Budgets can go down as well as up, and credit changes show up in the header right away.
  • Safer Project Switching: Switching projects is faster and now carries over to your other open tabs. A tab still showing the previous project can no longer save a draft into the wrong project.

Bug Fixes
